Your membership in the yes-dates.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
As a Member, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the yes-dates.com service, or transmit to other Members.
- There is no tolerance for objectionable content. You will NOT post or transmit to other members or employees any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights.
- You will use the yes-dates.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your public profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, email addresses, or offensive anatomical references. yes-dates.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
- You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk emails to other members.
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other yes-dates.com members. yes-dates.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yes-dates.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
yes-dates.com operates on a virtual Credit basis. The messaging platform requires Credits to initiate and maintain communication. Credits are consumed in real-time at a fixed rate of 10 Credits per individual action within the premium messenger (including sending a text message, sending a photo, or sending a text message combined with a photo). The current value and prices of Credit Packages are dynamically displayed on the internal balance/payment page, and the platform reserves the right to update these packages at its discretion.
While we implement automated filters to maintain platform safety, you remain solely responsible for the content of the materials and messages you transmit through the premium messenger.
yes-dates.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Service. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of yes-dates.com and its licensors. You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary information.
The use of premium communication features on yes-dates.com requires the purchase of Credit Packages. All transactions are initiated voluntarily by the user. Payments are handled via secure third-party processing gateways, including cryptocurrency payment processors.
By purchasing virtual Credits, you acknowledge that you are buying digital consumables intended solely for internal platform actions (sending messages/media).
yes-dates.com provides the Service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that your use of the service will be entirely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. In no event will yes-dates.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to yes-dates.com for the Service during the term of membership.
All purchases of Credit Packages on yes-dates.com are final and non-refundable. Since the platform utilizes decentralized cryptocurrency processing, transactions are instant and irreversible on the blockchain. Once Credits are successfully credited to the user's internal account balance, they are considered consumed digital assets. Refunds will not be issued for utilized Credits, account terminations due to violations of the Conduct Policy, or lack of mutual matches.

We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and take all necessary steps to prevent, detect, and report such content and activity on our platform.
